Cora Brady and Courtenay O’hea are Becoming You coaches and affiliates of NYU Stern Initiative on Purpose and Flourishing, trained directly by Professor Suzy Welch. Together, they bring decades of experience helping people uncover who they are and what they want to do with their lives.

Cora is an entrepreneur and communications leader who has founded and led values-driven marketing and creative firms, working with top brands and teams across North America. She is an experienced speaker and workshop facilitator, known for guiding groups through high-impact conversations about purpose, branding, and values.

Courtenay is a certified coach and counsellor who works with parents and young adults navigating life transitions. She brings deep empathy and insight to her work, helping individuals connect with their values and make intentional life choices.

Together, Cora and Courtenay create safe, engaging spaces for students and clients to reflect, explore, and begin shaping authentic lives that align with who they really are.
